          Developed in-circuit and automatic functional tests (hardware & software).
          Directed the activities of one other engineer and two technicians for in-circuit test issues. 
          Reduced defects, improved tests, and decreased costs using Statistical Process Control methods.
          Assure testability of new surface mount technology designs.
          Specified design changes to correct testability deficiencies.
          Increased the manufacturability of new products.
