Soldering/PCBs:
Soldering Tutorial: Additional information (and better pictures of good and bad solder joints than in the "class notes"). Here is another tutorial. Also check out this information about how to repair PCBs.
PPT: High Reliability Soldering
Using a Sharpie marker to make PCBs
Electro-static Discharge:
ESD Info: Electrostatic Discharge can destroy your circuits!
There is also an ESD Handbook.
Test Instruments:
Multimeters: Selection and measurements.
Oscilloscopes: Operation
XYZs of Oscilloscopes: by Tektronix
Digilent Spartan 3E Starter FPGA Board Documentation:
Three labs that cover the design and simulation of a simple circuit using Verilog-HDL and how to download it into the S3E Board:
Digilent Basys (Basic Systems) FPGA Board References:

Other References:
NEETS: Navy Electrical Engineering Training Series -- Very good series of online books.
Practical DC Circuits: Online "book" with diagrams and explanations.
Practical AC Circuits: Online "book" with diagrams and explanations.
Practical Digital Circuits: Online "book" with diagrams and explanations.
EE on a Disk - Reference: DC and AC circuit analysis techniques using both passive and active devices.
All About Circuits: Online "book" covering math, chemistry, resistor color codes, circuit simulation software, etc.
Electronic Circuit Theory: Animated tutorial covering basic circuit analysis, capacitors, inductors, diodes and transistors.
Digital Data Sheets: Most of the parts you use in your ECE and EET digital classes.
Analog Data Sheets: Mostly for ECE and EET Semiconductor classes.
Capacitor Codes: Identifying capacitor values.
Resistor Color Code: Identifying resistor values.
Technician's Handbook: (U.S. Navy) Information such as commonly used formulas, data tables, etc.
Battery University: Discusses various battery chemistries (selection, maintenance, etc.)
Part Sources:
Jameco This is a fast, inexpensive source for parts to use in your projects. I usually check this catalog first.
Digi-Key This parts catalog is more complete than Jameco, but also a little more expensive. I use this source a lot, too.
JDR Here is another catalog. This one has more computer products than the other two.
