Choosing and Sourcing a business

Brainstorm: Tell how you brainstorm business ideas (e.g. are there any techniques to get you started).  Tell if there are any step the come before you begin the brainstorming.  Try to develop a system.

Screening: Describe you process for narrowing down your list.  Do you do a screening on the big list first or do you just compare all of your ideas. Try to develop an objective system.

Comparing and Choosing: Tell what criteria you should use to make the comparison between ideas.  Explain how you should rate and weight each criteria. Build a model for comparing your finalists.  Describe any tools you will use in doing the comparison, and be sure to link them if at all possible.

Supplier: Tell how you will go about finding suppliers (include links to useful web pages), how you will evaluate them, and what you may need to do to get them to do business with you.
