Brainstorm:  List 20+ real product ideas.  Tell the process you went through to come up them.

Goals:  List your personal goals for this business.

Making the Choice: Show how you chose the product idea that you did.  You should show the criteria you use to compare them.  You should explain your reasoning on rating and weighting.  Note: those who show the process that is logical, complete, and easy to follow will receive the higher grades.  An example would be a decision matrix with footnote explanations of rating and weights and an explanation how the criteria were applied.

Target Market: Describe your target market.  Be sure to make the target narrow enough that you can afford to promote to them, but broad enough so that you can make enough money to justify your business.  Resources: Wikipedia--Target Market
