How to Prepare a Case
Quickly read the case. Carefully read the first couple paragraphs. Quickly (as fast as you can) read the rest of the case until the last few paragraphs, which you should read carefully
Reread the case. Carefully reread the case annotating and highlighting the important details of the case.
Decide what the key issues are. Determine what decision needs to be made and why is it not an easy decision. Also determine who the protagonist is (who needs to make the decisions)

Introduction: Give a clear, concise introduction to the case. Tell about the personalities involved and the environment that their organization operates in. This should be brief--one to two short paragraphs
