IBC Handbook

 Use this handbook to help you start, run, and shut down your IBC business.  This were you find business ideas, guidelines/rules, forms etc.  This handbook will help your business to run much more smoothly.  Please read the introduction and getting started during the first week of class. 

Introduction - an overall explanation of the IBC experience.

Getting Started - what you need to do to get your business up and running

Guideline/Rules - what you can and cannot do.  This helps you get your business approved and stay approved

Approved Charitable Organizations - where you can donate your profits

Accounting/Cash Management - how to handle the money.

Organizational Design - some of the organizational behavior issues that will help you company to function better.

Stock Price - you will receive stock prices based on your companies performance

Closing of Business Checklist - must be completed and submitted before the end of the semester.

Business Plan Competition - At the end of the semester you will be part of a business plan competition for a business plan of an expanded version of your business.  This provides a template for your business plan
