Moses 1:
1-7 Moses' mission from God.
8-9 Moses' vision; he is left alone.
10-11 Moses' awareness of the difference between man and God. Transfiguration necessary to be in the presence of God.
12-22 Interview with a devil.
23 Lost records.
24-39 Cosmology (origin, processes, & structure), cosmogony (development of), and teleology (purpose) of the universe or galaxies.
40-42 Joseph Smith to restore missing information that Moses wrote.

Moses 2:
1-5 Day 1: Earth organized. Darkness caused. Light.
6-8 Day 2: "Firmament" organized.
9-13 Day 3: Preparation of the earth for plant life.
14-19 Day 4: Sun, moon, & stars organized.
20-23 Day 5: Waters prepared to support animal life.
24-31 Day 6: Earth prepared to support animal life. Discuss man's organization. Commandments to be given.

Moses 3:
1-5 Day 7: Completion of the plans of creation. Things in spirit before physically on earth. No one on earth yet.
6 Mist.
7 Adam organized.
8 Garden of Eden planted.
9 Plant life grows. Tree of Knowledge.
10-14 Rivers. Life flows to the whole world from the "temple."
15-17 Man placed in Garden. Commandments.
18 Help meet for man mentioned.
19-20 Animal life organized; named by Adam.
21-25 Eve organized; their Edenic condition.

Moses 4:
1-6 Satan.
7-12 The temptation and transgression.
13-25 The Fall.
26 Eve named.
27-31 Expulsion from Eden.
32 Testimony. Exclusive doctrine.

Moses 5:

1-5 Adam & Eve in the fallen world. Commandments.
6-10 Obedience more important than understanding. Savior. Holy Ghost.
11 Eve's statement regarding the Fall.
12-15 Truth and error spread; the majority choose error.
16-28 Cain.
29-41 Secret combinations; Abel's murder.

26-34 Enoch's commission and mission (his authority and assignment)

Moses 7:
1-15 Enoch recounts his vision. The people of Canaan. Power over the elements.
16-21 The city of Zion.
22-37 Enoch's further visions. Future destruction. Name of God.
38-44 Enoch sees the Flood of Noah.
45-47 Enoch sees the time of the 1st Coming of Christ.
48-53 Enoch asks to the Lord to covenant not to flood the earth again.
54-57 Enoch sees the life and ministry of Jesus Christ.
58-67 God tells Enoch of the restoration, the last days, the 2nd Coming, the millennium.
68-69 Zion on earth 365 days; it is taken from the earth.

Moses 8:
1-12 Enoch's posterity.
13-19 Apostasy.
20-30 Preaching before the Flood.

Abraham 1:
1-4 Abraham's priesthood desires.
5-7 Family apostasy.
8-11 Egyptian sacrificial religion.
12-19 Attempted sacrifice of Abraham.

Abraham 2:
1-5 Departure from Ur.

Abraham 3:

5-10 Planetary hierarchy.

Abraham 4:
1-5 1st Time: Earth and light organized.
6-8 2nd Time: "Expanse" organized.
9-13 3rd Time: One continent, one ocean; earth prepared to support plant life.
14-19 4th Time: Sun, moon, & stars organized.
20-23 5th Time: Waters prepared to support animal life.
24-31 6th Time: Earth prepared to support animal life. Counsel held to plan the creation of man in the future. Food (plant life) and animal life to be created in the future.

Abraham 5:
1-5 7th Time: Organization completed during, not before, the 7th time. To complete what was counseled on the 6th time. No man here yet on the 7th day.
6 Mist.
7 Man formed from the elements of the earth (bornsee Moses 6:22).
8 Garden of Eden planted.
9 Vegetation grows on the earth.
10 River
11-13 Man placed in the Garden. Commandment given. God's time still being used.
14-19 Creation of Eve and Adam's and Eve's Edenic condition.
20-21 Animals organized and named.
