Cannot Comprehend the Kingdom of God Without Gift of the Holy Ghost

The Savior then told [Nicodemus], that unless a man was born of the water and of the Spirit, he could not enter the kingdom of God; that he could not comprehend it; that he could not even see it; that he could not understand the relationship that existed between God and man without the gift of the Holy Ghost.
