HS 350R

This class is no longer offered. In order to take care of this on your grad report, you must submit a class waiver form. Forms are available in the Health Science office, just ask one of the secretaries. On the form plug in HS 350R, Select Waive, Check the major  or minor box. Under Explanation write Class no longer taught. Take this form to Brother Perkes to have him sign it. Please have a dolar available to donate to Brother Perkes Jacuzzi fund. Take the signed paper to Kimball 190.
