Lei Shen, Ph.D.
Faculty of Chinese
Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures
Before joining BYU-Idaho faculty, Lei Shen taught English at Hefei University of Technology in China and Mandarin Chinese language at different levels at Colby College in Maine, Middlebury Chinese Summer School in Vermont, etc. She earned a M.A. degree from Brigham Young University and a Ph.D. degree from the University of Arizona. Her research interest includes Chinese pedagogy, L2 Chinese acquisition and discourse analysis.
