ILA Spring Conference Regions V & VI Pocatello, ID Friday, April 24, 2009 |
Vendor InformationOn behalf of the ILA V and VI Region Spring Conference Planning Committee, we would like to offer you a unique opportunity to meet with people who are interested in your products and/or services. On Friday, April 24, 2009, the Idaho Library Association will sponsor its annual Spring Conference for the Eastern Idaho regions. The conference will be held in the Stephens Performing Arts Center on the campus at Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho. The conference will provide information, training and networking for school and public librarians, and library trustees. We expect to draw participants from all over Eastern Idaho. We anticipate an attendance of between 100 and 150 people. (Last year we had 125 attendees.) We invite your organization to exhibit at this conference. The $60 exhibitor fee includes:
The conference schedule will include time with the exhibitors during registration, morning and afternoon breaks and lunch. We urge you to respond as soon as possible. To insure exhibiting space, reservations must be received by April 6, 2009. After the deadline, an additional charge of $15 will be added. Whether or not you can attend, you are invited to provide promotional materials for our conference packets and/or door prizes.
