Names of Clinical Coordinators for Student Placement at IHC Hosptials

1.       Alena White (801) 314 -4602. She is over the Urban Central Region of IHC which           includes L.D.S. Hospital, Alta View, and Cottonwood Hospital.

2.       SarahAnn Whitweek (801) 588 -4066. She is over Primary Children's Hospital

3.       Tiffany Myles/Mills (801) 357 -8735. She is over the Urban Southern Region of      IHC which includes Utah Valley Hospital and I am not sure what else.

          *        Remember that your best bet is to have the students be thinking where they want to go a semester in advance and that the instructor requests the student placements. Most of us have forms to fill out when you request and confidentiality requirements in addition to a contract.
