Dr. Hay has taught at BYU-I (formerly Rick's College) since 1986, teaching in the Department of Sociology and Social Work . Classes typically taught include: SW 260 Introduction to Social Work, SW 367 Human Behavior in the Social Environment, and SW 465 Social Work in Community Mental Health. Dr. Hay emphasizes both content and process education. He will do all he can to help students help themselves reach their goals.
