About Us

Virtual Fingers, is a result of research conducted at Brigham Young University and Brigham Young University-Idaho since May 2000. The focus of this research was to develop an automated accompany system that could enable anyone to "play" the piano or organ regardless of their musical ability. To this end, we have exceeded our goals with Virtual Fingers and provide it to you as a service free of charge.

Mission Statement

Virtual Fingers was developed with the aim to use technology to fill the gap between a person's current skill level and what is needed for quality accompaniment.
