PDA and Keyboard Packages

Virtual Fingers for Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) connects to any keyboard with MIDI ports using the serial to MIDI interface, Portman PC/S by MIDIMAN, Inc.; it connects directly to any keyboard with an RS-232 port.

Because the Portman PC/S was originally designed for PCs, it comes with a PC cable. To connect it to a PDA, this cable is replaced with a small adaptor available through MechaMusic. You do not need to install a device driver, since Virtual Fingers communicates directly with the Portman PC/S or directly with an RS-232 equipped keyboard.
